EXPERIENCE
IN THE MANAGEMENT OF CLINICAL TRIALS PHASE I
Omega Mediation is experienced in data management and statistical analysis
of human pharmacology, pharmacodynamic (e.g. micro-dialysis) and experimental
(e.g. allergen challenge) studies. For the clinical conduct of Phase I studies,
Omega
Mediation will cooperate with a partner, cf. Cooperations.
It is commented, that Phase I studies in the oncological field widely differ
from
non-oncological Phase I studies. Oncological Phase I studies are designed
to
investigate the safety of a new developmental drug, e.g. in terms of Maximum
Tolerable Dose (MTD). Omega Mediation is experienced in this field as well.
