Omega Mediation Clinical Research Services was founded by Sofia Hofmann in
Bingen, Germany, as a troubleshooting CRO.
1994
Omega Mediation established a local monitoring office in Greece.
1998
Omega Mediation transformed the monitoring office in Greece into C.R.O.NOS
Research Hellas Ltd., Athens.
2000
Omega Mediation established a Joint Venture with a reliable Latin American
partner, Institute of Clinical Research, Sao Paulo S/C Ltd.
2002
C.R.O.NOS Research Hellas Ltd. was renamed into Omega Mediation Hellas Ltd.
in order to harmonise the company name.
2003
Omega Mediation expanded for Data Management and Biostatistics acquiring an
experienced team from a pharmaceutical company in Germany and opened new
offices in Offenbach (Frankfurt).
At the same time, Data Management and Biostatistics services were also established in Athens.
